Default Thought for today to add on to.

Teddybears has inspired me to think of random things to brighten a day.

I recieved an e-mail from a friend in Austrailia. Attatched was some sayings, btu the one that stuck out in my mind:

You may be only one person in the world, but you may also be the world to one person.

I just thought we might like to add on to some inspiring things for a little while, that way, if we are feelign a little blue, we can just pop on in and read them.
Take Care

So true -- I've heard it before but it has special meaning for me. Thanks for the reminder!!

Here's a story that I think is very inspirational --

ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror,
and noticed she had only three hairs on her head.
"Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today." So she did and
she had a wonderful day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had
only two hairs on her head.
"HMMM, " she said, "I think I'll part my hair down the middle today."
So she did and she had a grand day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that she had
only one hair on her head.
"Well," she said, "Today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail." So
she did and she had a fun, fun day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that there
wasn't a single hair on her head.
"YEAH!" she exclaimed, "I don't have to fix my hair today!"

Attitude is everything!

Have a Good Day!

Just came across this. I tell everyone I want to take up a long spot in the obituary section when I go:

W.R. Rodgers:

LAUGH AT THE SKINNY NOTICE OF YOUR BIRTH,
OR ROAR AT THEOBESE OBITUARY.

I think that everyone has a purpose for touching someone, somewhere along the way. Whether it be good or bad, in jest, love or pity. There is a lesson in everything that happens....we just need to sto pthinking so much with uor heads and more with our hearts.

Have a great day

Found another one I like

THE BEST THING WE CAN DO IS TO MAKE WHEREVER WE'RE LOST IN,
LOOK AS MUCH LIKE HOME AS POSSIBLE.

Wink here's another of my favorites....

"Each day holds a surprise. But only if we expect it can we see, hear, or feel it when it comes to us. Let's not be afraid to receive each day's surprise, whether it comes to us as sorrow or as joy. It will open a new place in our hearts, a place where we can welcome new friends and celebrate more fully our shared humanity." - Henri J.M. Nouwen

Your Welcome

I was at a site strolling along trying to find plans for "my kids" for Valentines day when I came across this:

TO THINE OWNSELF BE TRUE

I must say, it is this that keeps me going
