Default HI

Well, I just wanted to say Hi to you all. I had been here before, until our computer crashed a couple years ago. Then forgot the password and ID I used, but I figured I would be fine.

Things started to tumble and I fell hard, literally and figuratively. Just wanting everyone to know I am here for support and to give support as best as I can.

Thank you for the opporitunity to let me do this.
Take Care
Kaiti

Welcome, Kaiti. It has been very quiet here lately, so you are a welcome breath of fresh air.

Remember, we all only have today. Yesterday is a cancelled check and tomorrow is but a promisary note. We are all sober for today. What counts is what we do with today. We can do the same old things and get the same old results or we can change our attitudes and possibly change our whole lives. Sobriety gives us the opportunity and the freedom from addictive behavior to choose. It is the many choices that we make that can change our lives.

Have a Happy New Year and keep coming around.

Thank you for the welcome.

If I may be honest, yesterday I cried. Not because I wanted to drink, but because of all the lost moments I have missed.

I talked to a friend of mine that reminds me to hug my kids when I feeel down, hug them when I feel up, but most of all hug them because they see and feel more then I had realized.

Thanks again for the welcome, and i hope to bring a little life back to here where I had found such great support before. It helped save my life once, I know it can help again. This time I hoep to return the favor.

Have a great Friday and I hop eto check in later this morning
