Unhappy R.i.p. To This Forum

It seems that this Forum has finally died due to lack of interest. It is sad, I have many memories of great sharing between people in recovery. Some were "old timers" like myself but most were newcomers looking for a place to share their good time and their not-so-good times. We shared our daily experiences as well as any "wisdom" we had to help another. I guess all good things must come to an end. It's a shame but it was good while it lasted

I'll check in periodically to see if there is any "life" on this forum.

Wink Hi citoig

Please don't give up completely on this forum yet.... I know it's sad to see the emptiness here day after day, but every journey begins with the first step and I assume that applies here as well.

In recent weeks/months, I've been rather pre-occupied with some personal issues so I haven't been here to post very often either. I remember that when I was trying to get something going on the Smoking and Tobacco forum a couple years ago, it took a lot of posts to no one but myself before it became a more active place, so I suppose the same thing could happen here. I think it just takes someone making a real commitment to this forum and hanging in there through the 'deafening' silence that has existed here since this board came back online.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Citoig..Its not just this forum..The Parkinsons forum is dead also, and not only due to the fact that the development of Neurotalk split the community up..Braintalk was down for so long that I think it evidently took the interest out of the forum as well as its heart..Most of the members of the Parkinsons forum are accounted for, but for some odd reason only a handful are posting....I will post here more often and see if we cant at least get a quorum together
