Default help with mri report

Here goes. A little over 6 years ago, I started having a crawly sensation in my head. It was mixed with lightheadedness. Not to bad for a while. Then it started getting worse. Since then I have had to give up driving. I can't go to stores, outside, or do much at all. I have developed neck pain, and excruciating headaches. I have seen 3 neurologists, a neurosurgeon, ents, dentists, eye doctor, chiropractors, physical therapists, accupuncturists, etc. I've had mris of the cspine, brain and lumbar area. Angiogram of brain. Blood tests galore. The only thing found was on the cspine mri. It said c6-c7 mild predominant left side uncal vertebral osteophytes and associated disc bulge with minimal narrowing of the left neural foramina. My question is could this be what's causing all of my pain. It's so bad now that I stay in the bed most of the time. I have 3 kids that really need me, and I can't be there for them because of this. These headaches are bad, and are constant along with the lightheadedness. I was put on many migraine meds, but they never helped. This is different from my normal migraines. The neurosurgeon was looking for an aneurysm because my mra showed what they thought was one. It ended up being a fake out. He did not see the report of the cspine mri. Should I call him up and see if he thinks it could be that? PLEASE help? Thanks.

How long has it been since your first brain MRI??
A mild narrowing of the intervetbral foramin would usually only cause symptoms for the most part on that side and for the C7 dermatome or myotome for the most part but is usually wouldn't cause that severe of a headache.
If it's been a while since your original brain MRI maybe consider them doing a new one to see if anything has changed>
