Linda,

I just clicked on the link for the foundation. What a wealth of information as well as the means to easily navigate 'participation in the process'

I am just beginning to advocate for those who fall thru the cracks. The doctor I currently see is being railroaded by the DEA into admitting he "inappropriately dispensed Cll's" He is being cited for not keeping proper records. He has proof that he is/was, and always has been properly documented. The gov't is willing to settle if he comes up with almost 4k. He will not. He also refuses to hire a lawyer.

Is there abuse? Is there diversion? Of Course.

That shouldn't give the gov't (DEA), the license to arbitrarily target the decent, caring, sympathetic doctors that help those who are in need.

Time to get off my soap box.

I wish all pair free days,

Pete
