Unhappy I'm a newbie, looking for peripheral neuropathy site

Hello. I have been diagnosed with a virus which led to erythromalalgia(rare disease) and then also with a peripheral neuropathy in hands, feet, lips and tongue. I am seeing alot of doctors and I've ended up seeing dr alan pestronk about every 4 months. he says erythromalalgia, peripheral neuropathy and a vasculopathy(????). I also have both hands and feet with muscle atrophy. I have been trying to find a cure (ha, ha) or that magic pill everyone is looking for. I am receiving one gram of solumedral (steriods) infusion every two weeks for the last six months. It has significantly decreased the break thru pain I have had and moving through transitions. I am just looking for some support, advice, new tx's, and I want my life back. I'm just sad.karen nichole
