Default Was a member before the forums went down hard

And now I'm back, checking in. Seems like I have the time today to get back to this site and start posting again. I have a friend of mine who has bad back problems I'll refer over too.

Hi There Quakindude!! Glad you came aboard! We have a great bunch of people here and everyone will do all they can to help you when you have a problem.

Yes, absolutely send your friend this way. I have spinal issues myself and spend time on the spinal disorders site and have learn invaluable information there.
