Hi All,

My name is Lois and I'm scheduled to start Novantrone for my worsening MS.

I'm confident with my decision, but completely stressed out about things like my insurance ok'ing it, etc. The waiting sucks! (Sorry if that offended anyone.)

I was wondering if anyone had any helpful suggestions for things to do before I start? I have my 1st appoinment set for Wedensday 11/22/06 (so I can have the Thanksgiving holidays and the weekend to recover before returning to work.

Should you eat before the treatment? Once again any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Thanks and best wishes to all of you.

Cheers,
Lois

Hey, Lois.

Welcome to BT! This is the best place in cyberspace for hands-on support and info for nearly any neuro condition you can imagine. There is an MS forum here:

They can help you much more than I can.
