Is light sensitivity a part of that?

It was me. My daughter developed extreme photophobia (when I did research it seemed like the term photo sensitivity referred to whole body reactions to sunlight, whereas photophobia was used for visual sensitivity) and severe headaches @ a month after her tonsillectomy...I think it was related to the strep. If you are concerned about post strep problems- please study up on sydenham's chorea- PANDAS only seemd to deal w/ tics and OCD- Sydenham's includes these two plus a whole bunch of other symptoms. Let me know if you have any specific questions- Ill try to help.

After you read the medical info- read through some of the forum to get a better idea of how it plays out in reality and with different people.
