Default (Horribly OT) Lizard re: ww

Hey-- I was just wondering, do you do flex or core?

I've had the munchies really bad lately *And I havent been getting in fruits and veggies, like AT ALL these last few weeks since I started working-- AND I work right next to the produce dept... LOL!* Work does, however, cause me to earn between 5 and 7 APs from all the bloody walking I do!

Just wondering what u tend to do when you get a bit stuck losing and gaining the same few pounds *if you've ever been there ;P*

*I think Im going to do core this week combined with WATP since I rarely get to the gym anymore.*

Hey, hon'.

I have been very fortunate that yo-yo-ing weight hasn't been a big prob for me since I started. I am still a picky eater, and I might go a couple days without all my requirements, but I started on flex and stayed there because I want what I want and flex allows me to do that.

Have you thought of packing an insulated bag of point-friendly or core goodies to take with you? That way, you'll be less apt to make a beeline for the vending machine. I also eat on a fairly strict schedule so I don't usually get to the point of being vulnerable enough to be tempted to indulge in junk. My blood sugar is coming back down (it was low my whole life until I put the weight on. Now, sicne I'm losing, it's lowering again), so eating before real hunger strikes is very important. If this is a problem for you, try scheduling your eating about 2-3 hours apart, in carefully-measured portions.

Good luck!

LIZARD

I prefer to flex, cause core can hurt since I have a tipped uterous. I've never yo-yo'd cause we don't have one of them hanging chairs plus our beams probably wouldn't hold me in it. I would like to know about the 'core goodies' Lizzard's talking about!

We are talking about sexual positions right?

I do vacuuming and dishes. Then I sit on the couch, watch the Animal Planet and eat cheetoes. To get my heart rate up I argue with dh.

Flex, core, WATP...what the **** are you talking about woman. Get some carbs in you, your having NZ hallucinations or something.

Mili, you're SO NAUGHTY!!

Flex and Core are WEIGHT WATCHERS plans LOL!!

I get plenty of carbs-- and WATP is "Walk Away The Pounds"

Liz, I think I know, mostly what my problem is. The bites licks and tastes *shut up Mili *. I wouldnt count them. Seemingly anything I BLT'd had ZERO points.

I did pretty well on Core today. I do prefer flex, but I think this is a good change for me to get in the right mindset
