Default PAIN from back surgery or injury

Those who've had spinal injuries or spinal surgery, are bound to get pain from damaged muscles and/or nerves - which can affect the whole nervous system to some degree.
I've posted some information about my experience on BT in Peripheral Neuropathy - a thread - Overcoming Loneliness - started by Pinsandneedles - last date 10-12-2007.
My postings are # 11 and # 17. Hope it helps someone else to have better health.
