Default Is there C-sprue forum on BT?

Help me find it! My brains too fuzzy to keep trying.
I need help and want to go GF just as a trial after reading all the stuff written
regarding it...I mean after all...look at all what I have...and now I read a connection between auto-immune thyroid stuff.....geeeeze!
No wonder I'm sick! But I need guidence in this if its going to work for me.
I've been addicted to wheat steaks...home made gluten meat analog...I was raised on that sorta stuff and I love it.
Thanks mucho...cheryl

Hi Cheryl, I hope you do stop over at the Gluten Sensitivity/Celiac Disease forum - we are a friendly group

Now don't laugh but after going GF I have fewer hangnails Each winter my index fingers and feet use to get so dry they would crack and bleed and yes, I would get more hangnails. In the three years I have been gluten free, my skin, although dry, does not crack and bleed anymore.

Talking with others who are living gluten free can make the transition much easier. I know I needed a lot of guidence three years ago. I still learn from my gluten free friends.
