Default ? for most you ladies

I just went to my gyno. today for a repeat pap. He told me my last one was a little negative. I'm not sure what he called what I have but said it is quite common. It sounded sorta like ' "square" something' or 'S?C'. Do any of you know what I'm talking of? If so, whats the name & can you tell me a little about it?

lor,

it was probably "abnormal squamous cells".

here is a website that explains it all: http://familydoctor.org/online/famdo...logic/223.html

this site tells you better than i could what might happen. just follow the doctor's recommendations. that's why it's so important to get a yearly pap smear, so you can find these precancerous conditions before they become serious enough to effect your life.

you'll be okay, lor

Lor I had the same thing. I am being monitored regularly and have had 2 LEEP surgeries. Said if I had 3 then most of my works are just coming out.

Just stay on top of things and follow docs orders.

So far my last 2 came back normal so I am back to my yearly instead of every 6 months.

my daughter is in same boat so I've asked a lot of this type questions of folks myself . but truthfully sdo far, I've heard more success stories than tragic ones. I'm hoping & praying as well for all ladies I know to have that same sort of turnout.

the most encouraging story is a friend we kniow that said that she later hada baby and we know he is now 4 years old and we see hime every now and then.
