Default Here is an investigative report done on Social Security Disability......

My story is in this article, just released today....a video too....just wanted to share......I am the single/divorced mom in this article.....

[Cauda Equina syndrome, lost 3 inches of height after my accident (Compression fracture of L4 in 1992), Nerve Root compression, Sciatica, Scoliosis, Osteoarthritis in spine and hip, DDD, Chronic pain and fatigue, fibromyalgia (but not allowed treatment) hypothyroidism, asthma, anemia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, lightening bolt pains down leg...plus other things.OU DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO POST THINGS ABOUT ME FROM HERE AT OTHER PLACES WITHOUT MY PERSMISSION...thanks...

Its been a long and very difficult struggle just to stay alive, etc.....

I certainly hope none of you have to go through what I have had to go through and continue to go through..\

2004 - discectomy @ L5/S1 with laminectomy
2005 - re-do discectomy, laminectomy, foraminotomy
2007 - diagnosis: permanent nerve damage
