Just a Hello

I haven't been on in awhile due to the flu and new meds I am still adjusting to along with a lingering cold... Possibly leftover from my earlier flu.
I just wanted to say Hello and I am thinking of everyone, hoping all is well with you, and I am hoping to feel better so I can answer my email and PM's on here soon. I'll be back soon!

Hi Kendrah,

I am sorry to hear you have been sick. It is this Indianapolis weather LOL! Hopefully, in the coming week the temps will be much better.

I am doing okay; just some muscle spasms from the last fusion. And when the temps dropped, had one day where I had a cervicogenic headache. Again, it was probably due to the spasms because I haven't had one for about two years. But the neck is wreck so what else can I say. I just take some meds, use heat and ice and it eventually goes away. Now, if I can just get into my massage therapist I will be good to go! AND....c'mon Spring!
