Inexplicable and sudden. It left me for a while now it's back with a vengeance.
So horrible, draining me mentally and physically.
The guilt is always there. It never truly goes away but lurks like an assassin in the night, waiting to strike.
No matter what i do i am bound for ****.
Hi Dyslimbic,
'Missed you, by the way.
One thing, you are poetic and good at describing what is happening.
Can you rationalize away some of the guilt?
You are a good person, worthy of only good things. Can you take the word of someone like me? You have nothing to feel guilty about.
Sorry that I am not as good a writer as you are.
You are in my thoughts. Know that.
Mari
Hi dyslimbic:)
I agree with Mari, you are a poetic writer of abililty. As far as the guilt is concerned this is one of the things I feel when I am having an attack. I can go all the way back to my first memories and put a negative spin on them. Medication helps me, but it takes experimentation as nothing is written in stone.
HANG IN THERE!
