Wow that was a great interview to see. I love hearing that boy talk. He seems to have built a lot of resilience, that's sure one thing my son lacks, no 'try try again' attitude, no goal setting, which of course we are working on and it is getting better. There was a thing or two I sort of cringed at that was said, but, I would love to read a book written by his mother chronicling his childhood, and growth, to where he is now. Basketball victory night aside, he seems to be a very positive person, great range of speaking - better than me for pete sakes, he got right to the point and made super points. He just seems like a HAPPY guy who would have lots of friends want to be around him due to his behavior and attitude and personality - that stands out to me cause Vince has many chances but drives all his peers away with his behavior still. What a success story, great to see that interview. I see no reason our kids can't have that young man's positive qualities, happiness being number one!
