PT and Pain med clinic

Finally after almost three years, I'm being sent to a pain clinic, with pt, etc.
If any of the p.t. they have me do is too painful, will I be allowed to refuse to do it? thanks

as far as i am concerned you can refuse anything you want. do you pick the pt? every state is different

here in missouri if you refuse anything that the WC insurance people have you do...you could be denied everything, so you have to play they're games or you will be the big loser in the end. the most important thing i can tell you abought any WC injury is GET A GOOD LAWYER!!!!!!!!! i have a fairly good one and he is really putting the screws to the insurance people and they have responded by finally getting me most of the treatments, surgeries and PT that i need. missouri's WC system is almost as bad as california's. DON'T GIVE UP OR IN!!!! thats what they want from ya.

Hi Thanks for answering, I was trying to send you a private message but for some reason everytime I click on it, a screen comes up and tells me I'm not logged in, I relog in, then it sends me to a different page,grrrr, could you try to e mail me a private message and let me know your atty's name? I live across the line in Ks. maybe he/she practices here too. My atty. doesn't do squat for me and I can rarely ever get in touch with him, it's very frustrating, thanks
