hey Timm, yep, they want to get rid of you.I can only assume your case is worth a **** of alot more to them than 90,000.Between having to pay you evry month for the rest of your life plus your medical expenses ,they are trying to cut a deal of some kind.Yes .it most likely would be a lump sum amt. But be careful, first,if you have an atty. you have to give atty.a cut. Then social security(medicare)will likely want an offset amount in the event you get ssdi and look to medicare for future medical as you will likely have given future medical away for the lump sum.If you are currently still being treated by w/c and expect serious future medical treatments that w/c will have to pay,you most likely don;t want to settle. The money looks good in your hand, but if you have to pay your future surgeries another meds. it might be a bad idea

hi backless i guess you remember me from ny, i spoke to you a few times you where always giving me good advice remember when we had such idiots on another web site we both use to go on you where always on my side and you told those other fools where to go well i,m now living in nc and getting a check for life is nice but i am allowed to work and make up to 200 a week and still get my check, getting a job down here is very hard because my restictions are not to be more moving pushing pulling lifting no more than 10 pounds i,m not skilled as to anything but the manual labor i was use to doing in ny before the accident and it gets very depressing when there is no responses and very few jobs will hire me without expierience , i need to do some kind of work and there are so many scams on the internet, sure its good to get a heck but i need to work something i wish i need to know where to go for some help or leads i dont know anyone here ,

Will for starters, you can't voluntary your time. So that's out of the question. Are you ex-military? Then you have a few avenues there, but not here. You can go to the employment office and ask them to put you on the list. After that, look in the paper everyday. Make it into a game. Today I'll do 1 and then tomorrow I'll do 2, etc. The last thing is start a business, as something on the internet. Good luck.
