View Full Version : Game 2.....words We Can Make
OK everyone, remember the words must be at least 3 letters long.
In this game I figure there will be 8-3 letter words, 13-4 letter words, 3-5 letter words, and 1 -6 letter word.
The letters are as follows: E R U S M F.
Have fun! bon

If I were one of the sort of peoples to wear perfume or indeed one of the fumers I'm sure the best place to wear such stuff would be on my femurs (thigh bones).

[[... eremus ...
p.s. it's a bulb... garden variety]]
P>S> Edited later to add... I might have to pass on that one.
That's how I say it, but went away to look in my gardening book they spell it eremurus although I found the same plant called eremus online. So, I'm not sure "eremus" is correct now.

Bewolf....fumers can't be found in any of my dictionaries...
OPTED public domain English dictionary (http://msowww.anu.edu.au/~ralph/OPTED/)
Fumer (n.) One who makes or uses perfumes. (therefore two of them are fumers)
Yes, it's a word we'd see written or said as "one who fumes" as in "one who is angry"... fumer.
It's listed as a noun in dictionary.com
edited to add: I wouldn't use the word.
I also just looked in my Oxford dictionary at home here, but it's not in there.
Just found stuff from my country about a zinc slag fumer lol It's used in mining industry. sheesh, the things we learn every day...
zinc slag fumer (http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache:EeX44QNZVeMJ:www.minerals.csiro.au/main/pg2.asp%3Fid%3D36461+zinc+slag+fumer&hl=en&gl=au&ct=clnk&cd=3&client=firefox-a)
I'll stop now. *headache
winnie.and lara....you can't use the e twice......(((hugs))))......there is only one e.....good words though!!!!
And Bewolf, sorry bout the fumers....the dictionaries I checked didn't have it.
Good news everyone......we have only ONE 3 letter word left....hint...starts with a "r", FOUR -4 letter words left starting with "r", "s", "e", "f".
That is unless Bewolf and others come in with words I missed!!!! You go guys!!!!! bon

Hey, We have a World Book encyclopedia & sometimes I look at a word & it isn't in there but it's on dictionary.com. Would you say that word is OK? lol
we will be using the Merriam Webster online dictionary as our guide from now on....how does that sound?
