CSF Leak and pregnancy

Anyone know anything about csf leaks and pregnancy?

btw, i'm not pregnant, just interested if there is any literature on the topic :) Thought it might also be good to expand some of the info on here so that we are well-rounded knowledgeable leakers :D

Traumatically induced csf leaks from epidurals, neural blocks, during childbirth. The mother, after a neural block which should have been only EPIdural, bears down performing a valsalva, and presto the lumbar punctured dura leaks csf and mom finds out when she leans up before she should have, headache. I don't know the usual instructions, something like stay down for at least 10 hours post birth?? After going through that I don't understand why she would get up so soon anyway, but hey, having not been pregnant nor given birth myself, can't say.
