Hi Everyone,
I just went to pick up a copy of moms CT scan and the only way they have it now is on a disc! They said it could be read on any computer, since the NS we're seeing isn't affiliated with the same health system that the Ct scan was done at. Our appointment is on Tuesday, and I am hoping it's the shunt that is the problem and nothing even more serious, symptoms are fatigue, confusion, urinary incontinence and its very difficult for her to follow directions. Please keep us in your prayers.

All of Matthew's CT's are on disc. I carry the latest one with me whereever I go, so that should he start having problems, and we aren't near his NS (we live over 100 miles away from the NS) then any ER can read the previous one and check a current CT for problems.

I also have all of his x-rays on the disc too. It costs me 10.00 for each time I have one made, but it's fine... for my peace of mind. I often bring the disc home and look at it myself to compare for myself what the NS sees...because he sometimes looks so fast, I can't really get a good 'feel' for what he sees with his experience and expertise.

CD's are a GOOD thing! :D
