About phoenix first wave and cme???

Hi :O) I finally got back in mgh :O)

Our new pc is awesome but I think this software it came w/ is improtant and Ive read the info inc on pc but...still dont get it really.

Im using the first wave phoenix to do quick back ups after loading stuff and such but beyond that Im clueless.

Should I be launching cme console too? I havent yet.

And if I do have a full crash how does one get in xp in safe mode I mean how to even safe mode then acces the cme stuff or is it first wave only???

I wanted to say I know cme and firstwave are some sort of virtual hard drive protected memory thats all.

I think it only restores it to orig' factory settings?? Is there any way to have it save files?
