Adding clipart

I made Tallies for my card club and I want to put a pictue in the background.

I tried this with some clipart but the pic covers the numbers and you can't see them....I'm sure there is some kind of clipart or something that I can put in the background on the Tallies.

Any suggestions would be most helpful.
