I'm disturbed by it. :( I know there are some nsgs here who would be willing to do the surgery for free, if there is found to be enough of a need. Soliciting from strangers, how ever desperate she may be, is wrong. How would anyone know she's not a con artist? There certainly are plenty of them out there.
