I am sensitive to salt & additives...get bad headaches, can tolerate only a tiny amounts.

Now spices, I just don't like & normally they don't like me, sort of upset my stomach. I can't stand spicy food that makes my tongue burn and even the mildest "heat" is too much for me.

Lately I am having trouble with dense food, causes my stomach or diaphragm to spasm sending severe pain all the way up to my forehead and ears (caused by scar tissue over diaphragm from surgery.) I am seeing an Osteopath who helps with this problem. It just got bad again because I've been cooking again :( I see my Osteopath this Wednesday so hopefully I can get back to eating meat and potatoes again.

So, I want to eat things like soups and stews. BUT I can't cook anymore. I just get so flared (headache & exhaustion & body gets real achy). I decided that's it for me for cooking, at least for awhile.

Problem: I can't find low salt soups or stews / anything. The low salt versions I have tried are still too salty &/or have MSG in them.

I did email a "personal chef" yesterday that I spoke to 2 years ago. But she has not replied yet, so maybe she no longer does it. But she maybe just hasn't had a chance to reply yet.
By "personal chef" it just means she cooks meals for many different people & delivers them weeky either fresh or frozen.

Any suggestions? like 3 ingredient low salt dishes with no or almost no chopping required :D I don't really consider that cooking so I can do that :)

By the way, I did find a low salt chicken broth I can use.
