I posted awhile back, About CTS (open release) in July of 05, And have been out of work since June 05, I have a 25% PPD. My job was trying to get me to come back to work as a janitor. I just found out that in Aug of 06 my Doctor signed the paper work to do this job.
All my paperwork(file) for over a year says no lifting more than 3lbs with right hand. Nothing repetitive, He couldnt have even opened my file up to look at it. And I trusted him, Boy was I wrong.
Now my Attorney has to deal with the Industrial Commision. If they say I should do the work I will loss every thing. As there is no way I can do that type of work. My Attorney was trying to get me help with my own home cleaning.
Has anyone ever heard of this happening? As I have not.
