Hi Everyone
I had coiling done Dec1. I was scared out of my pants. Everthing went fine. Only in the hospital for 1 night.
I have had headaches and neck aches and I was just wondering if that is normal??? I must say the head aches are getting better.
I don't feel like I can explain how I feel to anybody. I just know that something is different. I would love to get some feed back from ya'll.
Thanks for listening
Kath

Have you scrolled down and looked for the Aneurysm forum. http://brain.hastypastry.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=85 They should be able to help.

I am assuming that you had a brain aneurysm.
Good luck,
Anne

Hi Kath,

Welcome to BT. I am glad everything went well with the surgery. I hope that your headaches and neck aches go away soon.

Take care,

Linda
I felt so alone with all this going on--even though I have my husband (who has been great), my sister and brother. I tried to be strong for all of them. Never cried in front of them or anything-It's just good knowing that there are people like you out there who I can bend an ear too..
My headaches are getting better. Thank God!
So what is your story- would love to hear from you

Hi Kath,
Having surgery is very scarey. I am glad to hear that the headaches are getting better. It is good that you had support of your family - that means a lot.

BT is full of wonderful people. I have been posting here for three years. The people here saved my life.

I don't know much about coiling procedures so I can't tell you what is "normal". I would think as long as headaches are getting better, you are healing. Don't hesitate to call you doctor's office and ask questions. I work in a clinic and encourage people to call me - they are never a bother, they are the reason I am there.

Anne :)

Hi Kath,
You can usually find me at the Gluten Sensitivity/Celiac Disease forum. Many of us who have discovered wheat and other gluten grains make us sick have posted our stories on a Journeys thread. Here is a link to what I posted about myself. http://brain.hastypastry.net/forums/showpost.php?p=19239&postcount=6

I am 64 and I have two grown sons and am married to a wonderful man(not my children's father) I work full time - I'm a nurse.

How are your headaches? I hop they have continued to lessen. Have you checked out the aneurysm forum?
Anne
