We were at the store today and needed some shredded cheese.. In the ingredients was Power Cellulose(said used to stop it from sticking together).. What is it???????????? I called the number on the package. They asked me for the bar code.. I told them we did not buy it. Do to my hubby has Gluten Ataxia... The guy said to call back when we got the bar code... Can anyone help us out???? Thank you Linda and Mike
