AVG and email

Hi I think when I installed AVG it somehow messed up my email. :rolleyes:

I keep trying to fix it and depending on what I try changing - of course different things work or don't work.

Right now, I'm still able to send email and I can receive email if I check my email account through hotmail instead of my regular account- thats why I think that it's the AVG. Maybe the AVG is not letting the email in on my computer. But I don't know how to fix it.

Im running XP and using Outlook for email.

Would uninstalling and reinstalling the AVG help?

or should I uninstall AVG and get NAV 2007 ?

fixed it....


(for the record I uninstalled AVG, went back to an earlier restore point on my computer, then installed NAV)

the emails fine now, sending and receiving . thanks all
