Perhaps this article could be of interest to those parents whose children have been found with defective, lacking or duplications in their chromosomes. Confirming what I have observed that some adult autistics have problems communicating with words or gestures but they are not mentally retarded.

I wonder if the problems are in the chromosomes what that implies? That the body can't function properly to manufacture some important enzymes, proteins, vitamins, etc. ?
There are pro and con studies debating that supplements can suppress or reverse the physical appearance and outwards symptoms of disorders like some genetic autism, down syndrome (a duplication of the chromosome 21), etc.
Can defective genes be supported with supplements to function properly?
Editing: How many of you have been tested/found, and your children, with defective genes? And any parents have been able to reduce the effects of a defective gene with diet and supplements?
Unless the test has become more advanced since 2000 my son has a perfect/normal genome.
