I just got a message from someone in an MSN group that I'm a member of.
This is part of it:
I have a herniated cerebellum it is 8 cm into the c-spine. I had decompression surgery but it has still been very painful and could lead to spinal stenosis eventually. I have the degenerative discs as well but they removed c-1 when they did the craniotomy.

I'm guessing that the "herniated cerebellum" is a
Chiari I because she also said she doesn't have
hydro. What I'm not getting is the connection
between Chiari I and spinal stenosis. I've got
to find a book on Chiari Malformation, but I don't
have one right now. Have you ever heard of a
patient with Chiari I and spinal stenosis?
