Bitzer, do you have an attorney?? If not, I would get one, and fast. Some will work on a commission basis, just like Social Security ones do. If you win, they get a certain percentage of it (up to 25% or $5300 for the SS attorneys). It might be worth it for you to get one, and they are able to get you more money, even if the attorney does get some of it in the end. Think about it. I would at least consult with one if I were you.
