If he's on epilepsy meds, he should NOT take ADD/ADHD drugs. They can affect the levels of epi meds in the bloodstream and increase sz activity.

There's actually a good chance he's affected by Nonverbal Learning Disorder, which can compromise things like memory and attention. A lot of us have it. Neurological maturity helps, and I would also consider cognitive/behavioral therapy and a neuropsych eval for recommendations for services.

*hug and good luck!

Hi Jo

The way I feel about meds is that how can they help when the problems are pressure related. i believe when the pressures are tolerable, raffi's abilities are better than when he is spiking or overdraining. If the doc administering this med understands this and still thinks it is ok, then maybe. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Danielle cycle like Raffi??
