Yesterday I was writing on my 10th step and the question came up, did I go to a meeting or call someone...I first said no, then I realized I did do this "online meeting" I am glad you all have been a part of my recovery. I have such busy days sometimes, this forum has been a lifesaver. Keep coming back!

Hi dear Alice ~ Again, congrats on your 10th 'birthday.' I hope it was a great one!

I haven't been to a meeting in a while either, but I try to hit meetings online. It's been too difficult physically to actually go to a meeting, but I'd like to. Maybe if I get a "good" day, I'll go.

I appreciate YOU being a part of MY recovery too, Alice. You keep me humble and grateful. I'm thankful that you are candid and share your story with us. You don't know how much I appreciate that.

Right now I'm having problems with my GROWN daughter and granddaughter, who both live with me. It seems that they've forgotten that THEY came to live with ME ~ and their attitude sucks! There's absolutely no respect in this house, and if I'd treated my mother the way they treat me, I'd be dead right now! LOL. Plus, they totally trashed this place, even tho I've pleaded with them to clean it up! Sheeesh. I'd throw them out but they have no place to go, darn it ~ and she can't find a job. ARGGGHHH!!!

Enough of my whining. I repeat the Serenity Prayer many times a day. God bless you all! Love, Lee
