To all my friends here at what looks a sad Braintalk -

"Hello, nice to be here again - and I missed you all more than I thought was possible xx"

I must first thank Lindylanka for pointing me in the direction of where we outcasts were gathering.

Then I must apologise for not actually participating in it!! As time went on I found that I was missing the people but not the constant daily fix of "Parkinsons" - so I buried my head in the sand and went on my merry way. So why am I here now?

Well, the moment I realised the forum was back up my thoughts changed - I needed to log on and see who has come back (though new names are a pain!!), to reconnect with you - and see how everyone is doing.

Me - I'm on a rollercoaster of ups and downs, but my life is good and I'm happy. I have met someone special who accepts me for me, something I have to admit I never thought I would have again. My drugs have at long last got to the stage where I feel reasonably good - as long as I go at my own pace and not anyone elses.

Not a lot to tell you - but thats a good thing!!

So, I will try to come in more often.

I really want to know how you all are!!

It is so good to see friends gather around as the weather turns chilly. It's like sitting around the fire with a drink, some popcorn and some old friends.

Hello Andrew, how nice to see you here again. And how very good to know that you are happier. Happiness is such good medicine. Cats and roses are wonderful, but someone special is even more wonderful.
This is a small and sad looking forum, but it is sure to revive. In the meantime Brain Talk 2, the temporary forum, is so lively that I think it means to stay alive. Come join us there - most of us now use both forums. This one seems like home to me, but the other one is a fine forum too.
