Thanks! I am a birthday bat! I like that! I have a nice bunch of friends coming to my home group tonite. I am grateful. My grandaughter and I were dancing to Lady Gaga to celebrate earlier! What a gift she is. And to think my daughter getting pregnant was my greatest fear! Just for today, I have hope that my HP has a plan for us all and that s/he wants us all clean!:D

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALICE!!!! Gosh, I'm sorry I'm late but believe me, this comes from the bottom of my heart!!! With all the struggles you've had to deal with thru the years, you're a real inspiration! If you can make it 10 years, then so can anyone else! :D

Thank you! I am glad I could share with you all on this forum. 5-6 years ago, I was too embarrassed to share what was going on in my life and what a fool I was for loving that guy who just wanted me to send him money in prison. Today I know I am deserving of love and respect and it was he who should be embarrassed. I share freely at meetings about my experiance, so people know they are not alone. None of us are perfect. All we have to do perfect is to not pick up one day at a time. I am so blessed! :)

Congratulations on your anniversary!! You most certainly deserve love and respect. Shame is what keeps us from recovery. Never be ashamed of yout past. Thr Lord forgives all of our sins.

I am very proud of you!! May I also add a God bless you!! You've come so far and once again, I'm very proud of you, very happy for you. Your a GOOD person!!
