Cry Tears

Here's the photos of our snowboarding fiasco up at Ski Bowl, bottom of Mt Hood....33 road miles from our house.
Grand daughter did awesome....see photo which shows how great she did! Think she was able to ride the snowboard for a whole 5 feet! Tow rope....think she was able to hang on after 200+ attemps, for 5 feet of the 500+ feet.
Do we have an olympic in the making for this family? Tee-hee...LOL!
Grandson had fun too...his first time....took to it naturally.
The long ice cicles hung off the roof there at the hotel.
Sunrise over the hills was just breathtaking....photo doesn't capture it.
It had snowed the day before, then skies cleared up, but the temperatures dropped down into the 20*'s.
It did start snowing later on Friday evening, but it was mostly icey type flakes. I never had to put any chains on as they keep the hiway well cleared and sanded....plus I have 4 W drive which really helps. It was a very long day for me....I just stayed in the truck watching videos and reading....Fun huh!
Blessings, Cheryl
