This is because each person is the same and what works for one person might not work for another. But most experts agree that cancer following tips can help prevent the condition somewhat.

1. Eat more fruits and vegetables, especially those that contain lots of fiber:
Since time immemorial, it has been proven that eating the right kinds of foods can help you stay healthy and free of certain diseases such as cancer prostate. So you should make a habit of eating more fruits and vegetables, such as: ? rice, soy products, green, oysters, yellow vegetables, pumpkin seeds, bran, garlic, etc. Experts say what foods are anti-prostate cancer and may help in preventing the disease.

2. Eat less animal fat, meat and other hormone-filled food types:
Even if you do not eat the right kinds of food, eating the wrong types of foods you will do great harm, and yes may cause or trigger certain diseases, including prostate cancer. So what harm does it do to get rid of foods that do not add much value to your body?

3. Have sex as much burn as much as possible your DHT:
It's no longer news that having lots of "healthy" sex is a good way to burn DHT, if too much of it remains in prostate, can cause prostate cancer. As I always say when I talk about sex and type of prostate cancer, you should make sure that you do not engage in sex without discrimination because you just might get into more trouble RE sexually transmitted diseases.
