people with tourette's don't smash people's heads in O_o; or maybe I just don't get the song. :( (I often not get songs, so it doesn't really bother me much. LOL.)

I do think it really captures how "stuck" one feels when they have Tourette's tho. I'll have to look for it. Thanks for sharing! :)
