My battle began in 2004 with health issues! I applied for ssdi at that time.
I was denied and went through the appeal process with a lawyers help.
My case finally went to the Federal Appeal court and in March of 2009 it was decided I never recieved a Fair Hearing! ( Duh I knew that already )
Great news for sure....however I still have not won my case! I have one last Hearing in Oct in front of another judge! So my whole battle of fighting for my benefits will rest in his hands. This does seem daunting!
So here I am 5 yrs later and still pray that justice will be done for my case!
Has anyone else been through this ...5yrs plus of fighting? PLZ pray for me!
