I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with exercise induced HA's. It seems any time I engage in vigorous exercise I end up with a HA within about 10-15 min. There is no distinguishing feature of these HA's they are pretty much just a constant pressure around my whole head.
This is a difficult thing for me to sort out due to the fact that I have lung problems as well as neurological problems. I already discussed the problem with my pulmonologist however and she believes that it is neurological in origin. I have Hydrocephalus and it has also been said that I have "borderline" Chiari I. My NS basically described it as I am right on the border so when my ICP raises it pushes me into the "zone" where I would be considered to have it. But when I am unsymptomatic he would not consider it anything of concern. I know (and my Pulmonologist confirmed) that exercise increases ICP so I am wondering if this is why I have such a negetive effect. Has anyone else encountered such a thing?
