Does anyone have doctor or therapists recommendations in the Dallas area for myofascial pain treatment? I have a great trigger point massage therapist I use as well as an MD acupuncurist. I would like to try myofascial release therapy, but would like recommendations for a therapist who does this kind of work. My MD acupuncurist website:
