Dont know how many here remember me. I am still using the same name as before the board went down.
Had my Perm partial hearing in late Nov and I received my award letter today in the mail.
After almost 5 years I am rated at 62% body broken down its 55% main injury 5% hip and 2% shoulder.
I get 413 weeks. First is lump from where my TTD stopped till now which is part of the 413 week then the rest will either be weekly or biweekly not sure yet how its paid at the same weekly rate I was receiving for TTD
I also get all pain management ongoing which I guess is lifetime.
I am just glad I finally see the end of the tunnel we all get trapped in when we are injured.
If your wondering what my injury where nope wasn't lower back. It was cervical neck with 3 surgeries fused 4 levels front and back and using my own hip bone.
Wishing all my fellow injured worker a Merry Christmas and a Hopefully Better New Years for All
