A must read. It is a lot of what we already know. But, I think it might be a great read for our drs, family members, etc. One thing I did not know - Nitrous Oxide inactivates B12 in the body. I am glad I didn't have it when I had my last fillings. It makes me wonder about my severe PPD after my c-section.

Anyway, the book discusses B12 deficiency in all ages, including infants and children. Has charts on what tests should be done and "normal" results. I got it cheap at Overstock.com and I am so glad I did.

Anyway, I'm glad you're enjoying a book about B12. :)

Description of topics. (http://www.quilldriverbooks.com/b12/about_b12.htm) Looks like they left out Adult ADD as one of the misdiagnosed illness.
