Panic attacks ALL THE TIME!

I get between 1 and 10 on any given day. Usually some while I sleep too. I've never been diagnosed, but I think I have some type of anxiety disorder. Are panic attacks like normal at all or does it seem like i have something?

How long have you been having panic attacks? If you have all those diagnosis then it should have been explained to you that panic attacks can be a part of Bipolar and anxiety.

I hope you discuss it with your psych doc and see if maybe something can be done.
