Like many other people I struggle to control my anger on a daily basis. I am at a point in my life where my anger has taken over all aspects of my life and I'm miserable.
I've decided that I'm not going to live like this anymore, but I need help. I see therapists and phyciatrists on a regular basis, but I need to talk with people who really understand my struggles.
After searching on the internet for everything from Rageaholics to Mental health and finding no support groups in Tampa I've decided to start my own.
Please email me if you are in the Tampa Bay area and are interested in participating in a Anger Management / Rageaholics support group.
