Hi Paul,
yes there is a questionare they send you , it's called a CDR(continued disability review) and it comes to you in 3 or 5 or 7 years depending on how bad your disability is .
questionare can have as little as 6 questions or a full page of questions .

A review was not mentioned to me at all.

I wonder...

If a person retired (such as I did in 2005) and then filed for disability later on, if there would even be a review. Plus, I am over age 50. In addition, spinal disorders never really improve at least according to my PM's note as well as the ALJ's. Anyway, based on the Award Letter it appears my conditions were and are regarded as "Permanent". Then of course the "eroded economy" was mentioned and my "occupational base". I used to work in IT but there is no way I could go back to that. What my specialists think is that having a sedentary job is what really did my neck and back in.:)

In any case, I wouldn't mind at all having a review every 3 years or so. Just pointing out that I am retired; didn't resign or quit my job in other words. But again, it doesn't bother me if I were to receive a review. I guess it all remains to be seen.
