For those of you who have kidos on DDAVP (desmopressin) nasal spray....how long before bedtime do you use this on your kidos? Just looking for additional advice on what works in real life!!
For those who don't know what I am talking about, it is a drug used to reduce urine output at nights.
My sweetie wets through a nightime diaper, her clothes and bed are wet about 4 mornings a week. We are also going to implement fluid intake changes, in addition to starting this therapy.
