Hello all you smokers and ex-smokers to be!! :D
I hope this 'new' forum will pick up some of the 'regulars' who posted here before the crash, as well as newcomers who have a story to tell or who are determined to quit smoking!
On the forum before the crash, I tried to be a support person for anyone who had made the commitment to quit smoking cigarettes (or something else) or using chewing tobacco. I believe that an ex-smoker can relate well to the 'addiction' of smoking (or chewing tobacco). I believe smokers who are trying to quit can be a wonderful support group for each other. I also feel that ex-smokers can be a tremendous help by offering suggestions that worked for them, as well as encouragement and support.
Please stop in and tell us about yourself....
